Douglas D. Hall, now Senior Scientist, has been employed at JPS since 1990 as a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) hardware and software development engineer. At JPS, he has designed most of the Company's DSP products. Prior to joining JPS, Doug was with Mackay Communications, Inc., in digital hardware and software design, and was responsible for the design of a FED-STD-1045 compliant Automatic Link Establishment DSP modem. Doug also developed hardware and software for high speed networking equipment in the mainframe computer industry. He worked at Texas Instruments as a member of the Senior Technical Staff, where he supported strategic DSP customers and applications and provided training on new DSP devices. Doug studied at North Carolina State University, where he received a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. |
