As VP of Operations, Rick ensures the quality and compliance of all JPS products. He has over 25 years of experience in product design and manufacturing. From designing and installing custom communication systems in Florida, he moved into design engineering with Regency (RELM) Communications designing hand-held and mobile transceivers including UHF repeaters. He progressed into manufacturing engineering management, overseeing processes and manufacturing of a 100,000 sq. ft. facility. His experience includes international manufacturing of high-volume products with AMP Inc. and installation and administration of business ERP systems. Rick received his education in Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Florida.
