The DVU-1000 digital in-car video system is a rugged, broadcast quality recording system specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of law enforcement and security personnel. The new DVU-1000 provides automatic uploading of all video, audio and metadata from each vehicle into a secure wireless server that prevents any human physical contact with the evidence recorded within the vehicle. The key focus of the system is to enhance officer safety and provide a clear and useful video and audio recording that are admissible as evidence.
