CPM-6: Software Upgrade
This page contains instructions for updating the firmware in the CPM-6. The
link below contains a ZIP file containing the new firmware file as well as the
CPM-6 firmware updating program.

Instructions for downloading the CPM-6 firmware:
1. You must have a computer running Windows on the same network as the CPM-6
(same subnet).
2. Download the zip file and save it to a temporary subdirectory or floppy
disk.
3. Unzip the files in the zip archive.
4. Run the AutoUpdate.exe program.
5. Enter the IP address of the CPM-6 to be updated.
6. In the FileName box enter cpm6_verxxx_app.s19 where "xxx" is the version
number. For example, version 3.04 of the CPM-6 will have the name
"cpm6_ver304_app.s19" Alternately, one may use the BROWSE button to locate the
.s19 file.
7. Check the box that says "Reboot when complete"
8. Click Update. The new firmware will be loaded into the selected CPM-6.
9. The CPM-6 will automatically restart and will be running the new firmware
version.
10. Refer to the ACU-2000 IP manual for new features.
