Chris Ramsden is the regional sales manager for the Southeastern United States. In this position, Chris will be responsible for growing our sales revenue and further developing our distribution sales channel in the Southeast Region for both the JPS Radio interoperability product portfolio as well as the new IP based interoperability solutions and our new digital in-car video system.
Prior to joining JPS, Chris spent two years at IPC Command Systems as the Eastern regional sales manager. Prior to IPC, Chris held various sales and senior sales management positions with Relm/BK Radio, Kenwood and Motorola. He also spent ten years with Bellsouth Cellular, now AT&T Wireless.
Chris brings a broad range of experience in managing sales distribution channels and working with large commercial, institutional and Public Safety accounts. His experience within the land mobile radio business combined with cellular and recent involvement in radio/IP console, CAD, RMS and 911 data applications makes him a good choice as our Southeast regional sales manager.
Chris obtained a bachelor’s degree from Hope College in Michigan and resides in Savannah Georgia with his wife and family. He will handle the Southeast Territory which includes Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida.
